You may contact me to arrange a free 15-minute telephone consultation, and at the end, we can arrange an assessment session.

If you wish to continue on, we will meet each week for 50 minutes.

I offer sessions from my practice at The Counselling Centre in Tunbridge Wells.

Sessions can be in-person or
online.
